Men At Work - Who Can It Be Now?

Release date: 1981
This was the first single Men at Work released, and it became a huge hit. The group started as an acoustic duo with singer Colin Hay and guitarist Ron Strykert. After a few years playing pubs in Australia, they were discovered by an American who worked for CBS records and signed them.
The famous saxophone part originally didn't come in until the middle of the song. When they recorded it, producer Peter McIan identified the sax as a hook and moved it to the beginning of the song. This opening sax riff made the song instantly identifiable.
Album: Business as Usual
